Elevate IEP LLC complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). 

This law provides parents and eligible students the right to inspect and review educational records, request amendments to inaccurate information, and control disclosure of personally identifiable information.

Confidentiality

All information is maintained in a secure manner, accessed only by authorized individuals, and used solely for educational advocacy purposes.

Information will not be shared without written consent except as permitted or required by law. 

Client Rights

Clients have the right to review records, request corrections, and revoke consent in writing at any time.
