Our Mission

Elevate IEP offers IEP Review Consultation to assist families and schools across all 50 states in developing meaningful, student-centered Individualized Education Programs. These programs are designed to support growth, inclusion, and long-term success in special education services.

Our Vision

At Elevate IEP, we believe every student deserves a learning environment where they can thrive. Through our IEP Review Consultation, we partner with families, educators, and districts to strengthen Individualized Education Programs, improve collaboration, and build inclusive, trauma-informed school communities. We also work with families to achieve their goals with community partners while ensuring access to special education services.

Kristen Montague is a special education administrator with a Master's degree, 16+ years inside the IEP system, and an active SELAS membership. As founder of Elevate IEP, LLC, she specializes in IEP review consultation and developing Individualized Education Programs that genuinely work for students and families.
